Led by his cruel ire

He was a total liar

Struggling with splenetic fire

Tortured by his attire

Of uncontrolled desire

Judging people brutally

With bitter satire

Doesn’t possess the courage

To face the intrinsic emulsifier

An anorexic sapphire.

  1. Goddamn, Haroon! You know, today morning someone said that I can’t be a good leader because I’m too feminine (which meant I want children and a garden), I write poetry, I read books, I am emotional. He said he “feels” it, it’s his perception. He boasts of having a knack for perceptions and that makes me wonder if his English is weak or he’s just plainly dumb. I can never figure that out. And, we are prepping for the same exam. He’s 25 and I’m 3 years younger than him. Even if it’s just competitive nerve, it’s too derogatory and demeaning. He himself says that I’m intelligent and appear to be bossy. Ugh, it pissed me off because I can’t believe I talk to such arrogant guys who are still living in medieval ages. LOL 😂

    Your poem came at the right time in the right tone. Thank youuuuuuuu! I’m at peace now.

        And, you know, it was almost an essay that he wrote ending with “I don’t want to demotivate you”. Ugh…
        I just replied him with a “Sure 🙂”.
