  1. Well that’s a tough question. I’d like to think of it as a simple reminder or it could be like a monologue to onself.

Writing things make things clearer in one’s mind. I find writing as therapeutic way to organise one’s thoughts and dilemmas.

Well that’s my take on that question anyway.

  2. Because it is easy to tell others to do stuff. When one doesn’t know a thing about circumstances or emotional functioning of a person they cannot understand the issue. When it comes to telling oneself to implement a positive change in one’s life we all know change takes time, strength, courage, and sometimes help from a professional. When it comes to others people forget or don’t take it into account that the other person is also human. Most of the time people don’t want anyone’s advises all they need is a shoulder to rely on for sometime.

  3. The things we tell others to do that we don’t always do ourselves are often ideals that are easier said than done, some ideals are worth striving for because it helps us be better people or enjoy life to the full, some ideals are a waste of time and are only social constructs created by society. I think we should only do those things that we have a personal conviction in for then we will have the courage and strength to do them even if it is hard work. I think ideally people should listen more and speak less.
